Mystery Shoppers keep our drivers on their toes
|
Occasionally we hire mystery shoppers who call for a taxi and get the driver to take them to an address. We get a report of the service, response times, drivers, driving etc. We're not looking for them to find fault, just to get their perspective from a normal everyday person's point of view.

Driver complaints are handled without hesitation
|
All complaints are logged and kept in a register in compliance with legislation. We immediately meet with the drivers to discuss the complaint before taking further measures that may include additional road use training or disciplinery action.

Our on-site workshop ensures the vehicles are kept in tip top condition
|
We run our own workshop, and our workshop team work hard to ensure that the Alert fleet is kept in top shape. Vehicles are required to obtain a certificate of fitness every 6 months. The company requires all vehicles to be serviced two or three times during the year in our on-site workshop to ensure that vehicles are up to standard.
